About this role:
We seek an individual who is equal parts marketing strategist and content creator as our first ever internal Marketing hire. The successful candidate must be comfortable as a one-person marketing department, leveraging outside agency and service providers when needed. This role will take the lead in communicating our brand’s story, drive inbound leads, and support our sales process with the ultimate goal of growing our revenue. If you are a a strategic thinker who is willing to handle all facets of marketing, and you have experience working with professional services companies then we want to speak to you. 

The winning candidate will possess the following:

  • Prior experience and comfort being a one-person marketing department is required
  • Deep understanding of consulting and business development in the professional services arena
  • Ability to create and report marketing activities through the use of KPI driven dashboards
  • Agency / vendor management experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Hubspot, SEM Rush and WordPress
  • Optimize company website and write compelling blogs using WordPress, HubSpot and SEM Rush
  • Strong attention to detail, prioritization, time management and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • SEO/SEM experience
  • Writes and designs strategy for emails, landing pages, webinars, eBooks, and other campaign-related content
  • Responsible for campaign optimization and lead volume
  • 5-8 years’ experience, preferably in startup to medium sized companies
