Acquis Consulting Group is seeking intelligent and skilled developers with at least 5 years of related experience to join Acquis Technology Solutions as a Technical Integration Developer.  Development experience and experience with ETL tools is strongly preferred.  Understanding of SaaS-based business spend management technologies and experience with HR, ERP, and financial applications is also crucial.  Other preferred experience includes client interaction, SDLC, and business intelligence/reporting.  Mental agility and the ability to learn are paramount.  The ability to take on new challenges and succeed beyond one’s comfort zone is required.



  • Design, develop and maintain secure performance-oriented cloud applications with modern ETL and iPaaS solutions
  • Work with internal and client teams to analyze/define/design technical solutions
  • Create and maintain system documentation according to the technical methodology
  • Analyze data to effectively coordinate the installation of new systems or modifications to existing systems
  • Provide support by proactively monitoring platforms and seeking to implement performance improvement with application availability, quality, and performance
  • Accountable for technical issue resolution including diagnosis of problem, recommendations for workarounds, and defect correction
  • Cross-train teams on the use and deployment of developed technology
  • Collaborate and communicate with IT cross-functional teams and business people about technology
  • Proactively keep updated on industry and technology best practices


  • BS or BA (Software Engineering or Computer Sciences preferred)
  • MBA or MS in Computer Science is not required


Preferred skill sets include but are not limited to:

  • Knowledge of modern ERP technologies like NetSuite, Workday, SAP, Oracle and others
  • Comfort with cXML, RESTbased API, JSON/XML, Flat File and other data transportation/storing formats
  • Experience with SaaS based business spend management technologies like Coupa, Concur, Chrome River, iValua a plus
  • 5+ years of experience with an ETL product like Workato, Boomi, Mulesoft, Informatica, etc.
  • Strong creative and resourceful problem-solving both independently and with a team
  • Experience in integrating, diagnosing and debugging complex systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a telecommuting environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to document work and (re)produce consistent results
